What really matters to you and to your organization?
I am a speaker, researcher, coach, psychotherapist, consultant, facilitator of deep conversations and of personal growth and learning. I have a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine: Health Systems from Saybrook University, a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am passionate about personal and organizational health and believe both require a foundation of positive relationships. My dissertation research is on women who rise above adversity to create nurturing lives for their children. I help bring wholeness in mind-body and spirit to individuals and organizations. I think that life and work should be "good for you." I help people design lives that feed the soul and where they can engage their passion and do their best work. I have worked as a psychotherapist for 18 years with individuals, couples and families. I have consulted with organizations such as Hitachi Data Systems, Landmark, RIM, Yahoo!, VeriSign, Amdahl, Nova Nordisk, The Children's Justice Center and many others over 15 years helping to create positive cultures that promote well-being.
I am a certified Master Personal & Executive Coach. My specialty is training coaches to support organizational culture change. When I am not working, you will find me riding my beautiful Azteca horse up in the Utah mountains.
